The franchise entrance fee is collected during the agreement stage. The cost of equipment and decoration varies according to the m2 and architectural structure of your store. In terms of payment, Equipment & Decoration cost is collected with two separate payments; half of the amount is taken right after we share the detailed Project and remaining amount is taken before the shipment of the equipment.
At first, we require a business plan prepared for being a master franchise in the related country/region/city. The business plan should include the number of the stores you plan to open, detailed location information for each store and estimated opening dates. After receiving and analyzing the business plan, we make a research about the country potential and determine the minimum store numbers for the related region(s). We should mention that you are obliged to pay the total franchise entrance fee for all agreed franchise stores during the MF agreement stage. Here are the advantages of being a master franchise; ▪ You will have the exclusive right to distribute a franchising license. ▪ You can earn half of the royalty fee from the sub franchises. ▪ You can make a profit by selling products to the sub franchises. ▪ You have the opportunity to earn franchise fee from sub-franchises.
After specifying the best location for your store, there are two main stages needed to be completed before the store opening; Construction and equipment-decoration stages. In the construction part, the architectural project is to be drawn by our architects. Our architectural department designs the store as per the drawings and then, you will be fully responsible for the construction of the store under our audit. In the equipment-decoration stage; we offer the equipment and decoration materials’ prices to you and after your confirmation, we organize the shipment of furnitures, counters, ovens, kitchen equipment (based on the store concept), signboard, digital menu boards, decoration equipment, cash registers and etc. Equipment montage is to be done by our side and we make the store ready for the opening.
We have over 60 products such as kinds of simit, kinds of börek, salty and sweet cookies, sandwiches, cakes, ice cream and simit burger, simit pizza, salad, soup and Turkish ravioli (in some of our stores, based on the concept).
We deliver our products frozen and unbaked in cold chain. In this way, we can guarantee the taste and freshness of our products.
We deliver our products depending on the location by land shipping or sea route.
First of all, we search the market of the country, therefore we get the chance of examining the selling prices of potential competitors in the related region. At the same time, we search and work on the logistics and consumable costs. Regarding to the market analysis, we are able to determine the estimated profit of the enterpriser. We ensure the stability of our stores with our stable and feasible pricing policies.
You can only sell products which are listed in Simit Sarayı’s product range.
We have three kinds of concepts: Street, Shopping Mall and Kiosk In these three concepts; we also have different store types such as “with or without kitchen” and if a store is designed with kitchen, it might have either with or without grill equipment. Your menu is determined based on these facts. STREET CONCEPT Stores which are close to the high-pedestrian traffic locations with effective visibility. It is the concept which is generally located in city centers, access points, squares and shopping streets. Technical Requirements: 150 m2 or larger, with minimum 8 meters of facade width and 3 meters of ceiling height. Minimum 30 m2 garden or terrace area. SHOPPING MALL CONCEPT It is our concept which is situated on the ground floor of shopping malls, primarily next to the entrance door. Technical Requirements: Minimum 120 m2 shop, with minimum 8 meters of facade width and 3 meters of ceiling height. Minimum 30 m2 garden or terrace area. Cold storage area inside the shopping mall. KIOSK It is the concept which is generally situated at the corners close to the subway stations, shopping malls, universities and/or gas stations crowded with pedestrian access, but in small residential area. The product range might be decreased in this concept in accordance with the needs of the location and its infrastructure. Technical Requirements: Minimum 20 m2 area. Should have at least three facades with service possibility. Should have the basic infrastructure such as electricity, water, etc.
You should search a store which is close to the high-pedestrian traffic locations with effective visibility. It is the concept which is generally located in city centers, access points, squares and shopping streets. Facade width is the key point for eliminating the adverse store locations. The main reason is that we aim to attract potential customers to see our products on the counter from outside. That’s why you should prefer minimum 7 meters of facade width. The location of the store is very important for our company policies. As the Simit Sarayı, we always follow the policy of being at prime location.
First of all, we decide the number of employees based on the store concept and the store size. Accordingly, hired employees should first have their trainings/practices about our system in general for two weeks. Our operation team works in the store before and after the store opening for about 2 weeks to support the daily operation and to avoid any possible/challenging issues. We have established our production facility which has the potential production capability for nearly 1000 stores in Istanbul, Turkey. You will need to have a cold storage with min. 15 m2 for your stock management of the frozen products for one store. You can make weekly or monthly frozen product order according to your sales.
